🌮 Chicken Fajitas

A vibrant Mexican dish with juicy chicken, sweet peppers, and aromatic spices. Perfect for a quick dinner.

  • Ingredients:
  •  Chicken fillet — 500 g 
  •  Bell peppers (red, yellow) — 2 pcs 
  •  Red onion — 1 pc
  •  Garlic — 2 cloves 
  •  Olive oil — 2 tbsp 
  •  Paprika — 1 tsp 
  •  Cumin — ½ tsp 
  •  Chili — to taste Salt and pepper Tortillas — for serving
  • Cut the chicken into strips. 
  • Fry over high heat with oil for 5–6 minutes. 
  • Add the onion, pepper, garlic, and spices.
  •  Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 
  • Serve in tortillas with lime and sauce.
